Specialized Loan Signing Notarial Acts
I am a certified Signing Agent. This means that I am an impartial third-party that ensures real estate loan documents are executed by the borrower, then notarized and promptly returned for processing.
Do you Emboss Documents?
Yes! I can do embossed notary seals as well as a stamp seal, so long as there is room on the document for both.
What kind of insurance do you carry?
I carry $1 million in E&O Loan Signing insurance with biBerk and $100k in E&O Notary insurance thru the NNA, as well as my own $10k Surety Bond.

What kind of documents can you not notarize?
I cannot notarize the following documents:
Birth certificate
Marriage certificate
Death certificate
Divorce decree
Federally-issued
Articles of incorporation for a business
No in State or Out of State Vital Records
A notary public shall not certify or notarize that a record is either of the following:
(a) An original
(b) A true copy of another record

What area do you service?
I typically travel and provide services throughout the SE side of Michigan, particularly around Lenawee County and the surrounding areas. However, I am authorized to perform notarial acts anywhere in the state of Michigan and can thus travel and notarize outside of that central area. I am also able to perform remote and electronic notarizations for anyone in and outside of the state of Michigan.

Mobile Notary Service
It is $10.00 per stamp/signature + travel fee.
Travel fee is based on zip code and starts at $20.00
If you require a witness for a document, there will be a $25.00 fee per witness.
Online/Electronic Notary Service
One document is $25.
